Privacy Information Handling

Article 1 (Privacy Information)

"Personal information" in privacy information refers to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act, and refers to information about living individuals that can identify specific individuals through names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, contact information, and other descriptions contained in the information.

"History information and characteristic information" in privacy information refers to information other than the "personal information" defined above, including services used, browsing history of pages and advertisements, usage dates and times, usage methods, usage environment, postal codes, gender, occupation, age, user IP addresses, cookie information, location information, and device identification information.

Article 2 (Privacy Information Collection Methods)

We may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and email address when users register for use.

We collect history information and characteristic information such as pages viewed, usage dates and times, usage methods, usage environment (including communication status of mobile devices and various setting information when used), IP addresses, cookie information, location information, and device identification information when using our services.

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The purposes of collecting and using personal information are as follows:

• (1) To display registration information such as name, address, contact information, and information about services used, so that users can view and modify their registration information and view their usage status
• (2) To use contact information when using email addresses to notify or contact users
• (3) To use information such as name, date of birth, address, and telephone number for user identity verification
• (4) To display registered information on input screens or transfer to other services (including those provided by partners) based on user instructions, so that users can conveniently input data
• (5) To use information necessary for providing services to users, user service usage status, contact information, etc., in order to respond to user inquiries

Article 4 (Third-party Provision of Personal Information)

We will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from users, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws.

• (2) When necessary for protecting human life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When requested to disclose personal information by the person, we will disclose it to the person without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following cases, we may not disclose all or part of it, and if we decide not to disclose, we will notify that effect without delay.

• (1) When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the person or third parties
• (2) When there is a risk of significantly hindering the implementation of our services
• (3) When it would violate other laws and regulations

Article 6 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

Users may request correction or deletion of personal information through prescribed procedures if their personal information held is incorrect.

When we receive such requests from users and determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we will correct or delete the personal information without delay and notify the user.

Article 7 (Suspension of Personal Information Use)

When requested by a person to suspend or delete personal information use due to reasons that personal information is being handled beyond the scope of usage purposes or obtained through fraudulent means, we will conduct necessary investigations without delay, suspend personal information use based on the results, and notify the person. However, when suspending personal information use requires substantial costs or is otherwise difficult, and alternative measures necessary to protect the person's rights and interests can be taken, we will implement these alternative measures.
