1. Scope and Operator
SlowLab ("we," "us," or "our") provides mobile applications, desktop applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Services that link to this page. The information processed varies by app and by the features you use; not every Service collects every category described below.
2. Information Processed by Our Apps
SlowLab apps may process the following information depending on the features you use. Information entered for an account or app feature is used to provide that feature. We do not send your name or email address to Google Analytics as analytics event parameters.

Photos and records may be stored locally on your device or, when you use an account, publishing, backup, or synchronization feature, on our cloud systems. Content you choose to publish may be visible to other users together with your display information.
3. How We Collect and Use Information
We collect information in the following ways:
- directly from you when you create an account, enter a record, post content, make a purchase, or contact us;
- from your device with permission, such as location, camera, or photo-library access;
- automatically through our software and third-party SDKs when you use the Services; and
- from authentication providers and app stores, such as sign-in details and purchase status.
We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the Services, synchronize and restore data, respond to inquiries, analyze and improve features, diagnose failures, keep the Services secure, deliver and measure advertising, manage purchases, comply with law, and protect our or others' rights.
4. External Services and Data Recipients
Depending on the app and feature, we use the following external services:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Firebase Authentication for sign-in; Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage for account data, records, and photos; Google Analytics for Firebase for usage analysis; and Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring for diagnostics and performance. - Google AdMob: Advertising IDs, IP addresses, device information, and ad-interaction data may be processed to deliver ads, limit frequency, detect fraud, personalize ads where permitted, and measure advertising effectiveness. AdMob may make data available to advertising partners, including mediation providers listed in our app-ads.txt, such as Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) and FIVE. - Apple App Store / Google Play: The store provider processes purchases and provides us with transaction and entitlement status needed to provide paid features. See Apple's Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics for Firebase and Google signals
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand Service usage and improve our apps. When Google signals is enabled for the relevant Analytics property, Google may associate session data with users who are signed in to their Google Accounts and have enabled Ads Personalization. We may then receive aggregated reports about demographics, interests, and activity across devices. We cannot directly view an individual user's Google Account information through these reports. Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics. Google may process cookies or similar identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction data to provide aggregated website reports. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings.
5. Data Sharing and International Processing
We do not sell your name, email address, or user content. We may disclose information to the service providers described above only as needed for their services; to public areas when you choose to post content; when required by law or necessary to protect life, safety, property, or legal rights; or in connection with a business succession. Advertising identifiers and usage or ad-interaction data may be shared with advertising providers for delivery, measurement, and, where permitted, personalization.
We select providers that are required by contract, applicable terms, and law to provide protections appropriate to the information they process. Providers may process information in Japan, the United States, or other countries where they or their subprocessors operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Account and cloud content: retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the requested feature. If you delete individual content, we delete it from active systems within a reasonable period.
- Account deletion: after receiving and verifying a request, we normally delete or irreversibly anonymize account information and associated cloud content from active systems within 30 days. Residual copies in protected backups are overwritten or deleted within 90 days and are not used except for disaster recovery.
- Local data: retained on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Content saved separately to your photo library or external storage must be deleted by you from that location.
- Analytics: user-level and event-level Google Analytics data is retained for no longer than 14 months under our property settings. Google-signals data linked to signed-in users is retained by Google for no longer than 26 months, or for a shorter period if the applicable Analytics setting is shorter. Aggregated reports that no longer identify a user may be retained longer.
- Crash and performance data: Firebase Crashlytics generally retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before removal begins. Firebase Performance Monitoring generally retains IP-associated events for 30 days and installation-associated or de-identified performance data for 60 days before removal begins.
- Support inquiries: retained for up to one year after the inquiry is closed, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing issue or legal obligation.
- Legal and purchase records: may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other applicable laws. App stores retain their own purchase records under their policies.
To delete an account or request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of use, use the account-deletion option in the app where available, or email info@slowlab.dev with the app name, your registered email address, and user ID if known. Do not send us your password. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. If preserving a public conversation requires it, a post or comment may instead be irreversibly de-linked from your account. Copies made by other users, such as screenshots or reposts, are outside our control.
7. Consent and Your Choices
- You can revoke location, camera, photo-library, tracking, and notification permissions in your device settings. Some features may then be unavailable.
- You can change advertising choices through an in-app consent or privacy screen when shown, iOS tracking settings, Android advertising-ID settings, and Google My Ad Center. You may continue to see non-personalized ads.
- Where an app offers an analytics setting, you can stop future analytics collection there. You may also request deletion or suspension by contacting us. Disabling collection does not retroactively remove information already included in aggregated reports.
- You can restrict website cookies through your browser settings.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices, appropriate credential management, monitoring, and protected backups. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes and Contact
We may revise this policy to reflect changes to the Services, external services, or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this website where reasonably possible. The revised policy takes effect on the date shown at the top of this page.

1. 適用範囲・運営者
SlowLab（以下「当方」）は、モバイルアプリ、デスクトップアプリ、ウェブサイトおよび関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）を提供しています。本ポリシーは、このページへのリンクを表示する本サービスに適用されます。取り扱う情報は、アプリおよび利用する機能によって異なり、以下のすべての情報を各アプリが収集するものではありません。
2. アプリで取り扱う共通情報
SlowLabの各アプリでは、利用する機能に応じて次の情報を取り扱う場合があります。アカウントまたは機能のために入力された情報は、その機能の提供に利用します。氏名やメールアドレスそのものを、AnalyticsのイベントパラメータとしてGoogle Analyticsに送信することはありません。

写真や記録は端末内に保存されるほか、アカウント、公開、バックアップまたは同期機能を利用する場合は、当方のクラウド環境に保存されます。利用者が公開を選択したコンテンツは、表示名等とともに他の利用者から閲覧できる場合があります。
3. 収集方法・利用目的
当方は、次の方法で情報を収集します。
- アカウント作成、記録の入力、コンテンツの投稿、購入または問い合わせの際に、利用者から直接取得する方法
- 位置情報、カメラ、写真ライブラリ等について、利用者の許可を得て端末から取得する方法
- 本サービスの利用時に、当方のプログラムまたは第三者SDKを通じて自動的に取得する方法
- 認証事業者やアプリストアから、ログイン情報または購入状態等を取得する方法
取得した情報は、本サービスの提供・保守、データの同期・復元、問い合わせ対応、機能の分析・改善、不具合調査、セキュリティ確保、広告の配信・効果測定、購入管理、法令遵守、当方または第三者の権利保護に必要な範囲で利用します。
4. 外部サービス・情報の送信先
アプリおよび機能に応じて、次の外部サービスを利用します。
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud：ログインのためのFirebase Authentication、アカウント情報・記録・写真を保存するCloud FirestoreおよびCloud Storage、利用状況分析のためのGoogle Analytics for Firebase、診断・性能監視のためのFirebase CrashlyticsおよびPerformance Monitoringを利用します。詳細はFirebaseにおけるプライバシーとセキュリティおよびGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
- Google AdMob：広告配信、表示回数の制御、不正防止、許可された場合の広告パーソナライズおよび広告効果測定のため、広告ID、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告操作情報等が処理される場合があります。AdMobは、Liftoff Monetize（Vungle）およびFIVEなど、app-ads.txtに記載したメディエーション事業者を含む広告パートナーへ情報を送信する場合があります。詳細はGoogleのサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報のGoogleによる使用およびLiftoffのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
- Apple App Store / Google Play：購入処理は各ストアが行い、当方は有料機能の提供に必要な取引情報と利用権の状態を受け取ります。詳細はAppleのプライバシーポリシーおよびGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
Google Analytics for FirebaseおよびGoogleシグナル
本サービスでは、利用状況の把握および機能改善のため、Google Analytics for Firebaseを利用します。対象のAnalyticsプロパティでGoogleシグナルが有効な場合、Googleアカウントにログインし広告のパーソナライズを有効にしている利用者について、Googleがセッションデータを関連付ける場合があります。これにより、当方に年齢層、性別、興味関心および複数の端末にまたがる利用状況等の集計レポートが提供される場合があります。当方が、このレポートを通じて個々の利用者のGoogleアカウント情報を直接閲覧することはありません。詳細はGoogleシグナルに関するGoogleの説明をご確認ください。
ウェブサイトのアクセス解析
本ウェブサイトではGoogle Analyticsを利用しています。集計されたアクセスレポートを作成するため、GoogleがCookie等の識別子、IPアドレス、ブラウザ・端末情報、参照元、閲覧ページ、操作情報を処理する場合があります。Cookieはブラウザの設定で制限できます。
5. 情報の共有・国外での取扱い
当方は、利用者の氏名、メールアドレスまたはユーザーコンテンツを販売しません。ただし、前項の外部サービスを提供するために必要な範囲で委託先へ送信する場合、利用者が公開を選択した情報を公開領域に表示する場合、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・安全・財産または法的権利の保護に必要な場合、事業承継に伴う場合には情報を共有することがあります。広告ID、使用状況または広告操作情報は、広告配信、測定および許可された場合のパーソナライズのため、広告事業者と共有される場合があります。
当方は、取り扱う情報に応じた保護を契約、適用条件および法令により求められる事業者を選定します。情報は、適用される保護措置のもと、日本、米国その他、事業者または再委託先が業務を行う国で処理される場合があります。
6. 保存期間・削除方法
- アカウント・クラウド上のコンテンツ：アカウントが有効な期間、または利用者が求める機能の提供に必要な期間保存します。個別のコンテンツを削除した場合は、合理的な期間内に稼働中のシステムから削除します。
- アカウント削除：申請の受領および本人確認後、通常30日以内に、アカウント情報と関連するクラウド上のコンテンツを稼働中のシステムから削除または復元不能な形で匿名化します。保護されたバックアップ内の残存データは90日以内に上書きまたは削除され、災害復旧以外の目的では利用しません。
- 端末内のデータ：アプリ内で削除、アプリのデータを消去、またはアプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存されます。写真ライブラリや外部ストレージへ別途保存したデータは、利用者自身でその保存先から削除する必要があります。
- Analytics：Google Analyticsのユーザー単位・イベント単位のデータは、当方のプロパティ設定により14か月を超えて保存しません。Googleがログインユーザーと関連付けたGoogleシグナルのデータは、最長26か月、またはAnalyticsの設定がそれより短い場合はその期間保存されます。個人を識別しない集計レポートは、これより長く保存する場合があります。
- クラッシュ・性能データ：Firebase Crashlyticsでは、クラッシュ情報と関連識別子を通常90日間保持した後に削除処理が開始されます。Firebase Performance Monitoringでは、IPアドレスに関連するイベントを通常30日間、インストールに関連する情報または非識別化された性能情報を通常60日間保持した後に削除処理が開始されます。
- 問い合わせ：対応完了後1年間保存します。ただし、継続中の問題への対応または法的義務のため、より長い保存が必要な場合を除きます。
- 法令・購入記録：税務、会計、不正防止、紛争対応その他の法令上必要な期間保存する場合があります。アプリストアは、各社のポリシーに基づき購入記録を保存します。
アカウント削除、開示、訂正、削除または利用停止を希望する場合は、アプリ内にアカウント削除機能があるときはその機能を利用するか、アプリ名、登録メールアドレスおよび分かる場合はユーザーIDを記載して、info@slowlab.devへご連絡ください。パスワードは送信しないでください。本人確認のため、合理的な範囲で追加情報をお願いする場合があります。公開された会話の構造を維持する必要がある場合、投稿やコメントは削除に代えてアカウントとの関連を復元不能な形で切り離すことがあります。他の利用者が作成したスクリーンショットや再投稿等は、当方では削除できません。
7. 同意の撤回・利用者の選択
- 位置情報、カメラ、写真ライブラリ、トラッキング、通知の権限は、端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。その場合、一部機能を利用できなくなることがあります。
- 広告に関する選択は、表示される場合はアプリ内の同意・プライバシー画面、iOSのトラッキング設定、Androidの広告ID設定、またはGoogleマイアドセンターから変更できます。変更後も、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示される場合があります。
- アプリにAnalytics設定がある場合は、その設定から将来の収集を停止できます。また、当方への連絡により削除または利用停止を申請できます。収集停止前に集計レポートへ反映された情報は、遡って削除されない場合があります。
- ウェブサイトのCookieは、ブラウザの設定から制限できます。
8. 安全管理措置
当方は、不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん、紛失または不正利用を防ぐため、通信の暗号化、アクセス制御と最小権限の運用、認証情報の適切な管理、監視、保護されたバックアップ等、合理的な組織的・技術的・物理的安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、いかなる通信・保存方法も完全に安全であることを保証するものではありません。
9. 変更・お問い合わせ
本サービス、外部サービスまたは法令上の要件の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更は、合理的に可能な範囲でアプリ内または本ウェブサイト上でお知らせします。改定後のポリシーは、このページ上部に記載した日から適用されます。
