1. Scope
These Terms apply to the apps, websites and related services provided by Slowhand under the name "SlowLab" ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We may change features, content, availability or pricing. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, security, technical, legal or other reasonable reasons.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not violate applicable laws; interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the Services; infringe third-party rights; post unlawful or harmful content; impersonate others; reverse-engineer the Services except where permitted by law; or otherwise materially interfere with their operation.
4. User Content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically modify such content only as necessary to provide and operate the Services.
You must have the rights necessary to submit the content. We may remove or restrict content reasonably believed to violate applicable law or these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Except for user-generated and third-party content, intellectual property rights in the Services belong to us or the applicable rights holders.
6. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Prices, subscription periods, trials and renewal conditions are displayed at purchase.
Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable store's terms and procedures regarding payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled through the applicable store. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may use third-party payment, advertising, authentication, analytics or cloud services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms may apply. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend access for violations, misuse, maintenance, security, legal compliance or other reasonable grounds.
If we discontinue a Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable, except in emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
9. Warranty and Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These limitations do not apply to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Where loss results from our ordinary negligence, our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to actual, ordinary and direct damages.
10. Changes
We may amend these Terms where a change benefits users generally or is reasonable considering its necessity, appropriateness and other relevant circumstances.
We will announce the changes and their effective date in advance through our website, apps or another appropriate method.
11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Language
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over our location.
If the Japanese and translated versions differ, the Japanese version controls.

1. 適用範囲
本規約は、Slowhandが「SlowLab」の名称で提供するモバイルアプリ、デスクトップアプリ、ウェブサイトおよび関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとします。
2. サービス
当方は、本サービスの機能、内容、提供方法または価格等を変更することがあります。
また、保守、障害、セキュリティ上の問題、法令への対応その他合理的な理由により、本サービスの全部または一部を一時的に停止する場合があります。
3. 禁止事項
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本サービスへの不正アクセスまたは運営を妨害する行為
- 当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 違法、有害、嫌がらせその他第三者の権利を侵害する内容を投稿する行為
- 他人になりすます行為
- 法令で認められる場合を除く、本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング等
- その他、当方が本サービスの運営上不適切と合理的に判断する行為
4. ユーザー投稿
利用者が投稿した文章、画像その他のコンテンツに関する権利は、利用者または正当な権利者に留保されます。
利用者は当方に対し、本サービスの提供、保存、表示、配信、バックアップおよび技術上必要な加工のために必要な範囲で、投稿コンテンツを無償かつ非独占的に利用する権利を許諾します。
利用者は、投稿に必要な権利を有していることを保証するものとします。当方は、法令または本規約に違反すると合理的に判断した投稿を削除または非表示にすることができます。
5. 知的財産権
ユーザー投稿および第三者コンテンツを除き、本サービスに関する著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
6. 有料サービス・サブスクリプション
有料サービスの料金、期間、無料体験、自動更新その他の条件は、各サービスの購入画面に表示します。
App StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じた購入、更新、解約および返金には、各ストアの規約および手続が適用されます。
自動更新サブスクリプションは、利用者が各ストアで解約しない限り更新されます。アプリを削除しただけではサブスクリプションは解約されません。
7. 第三者サービス
本サービスでは、決済、広告、認証、分析、クラウドサービス等の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。
第三者サービスには各提供者の規約等が適用される場合があります。
個人情報等の取扱いについては、当方のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
8. サービスの停止・終了
当方は、規約違反、不正利用、保守、セキュリティ上の問題、法令への対応その他合理的な理由がある場合、本サービスの利用を制限または停止することがあります。
本サービスを終了する場合は、緊急その他やむを得ない場合を除き、合理的に可能な範囲で事前に告知します。
有料サービスに関する取扱いは、適用法令およびApp StoreまたはGoogle Playの規則に従います。
9. 保証および責任
当方は、本サービスについて、その正確性、完全性、継続性、特定目的への適合性または障害が発生しないことを保証するものではありません。
ただし、本規約は、適用される法令により当方が負う責任を排除するものではありません。当方の故意または重大な過失により生じた損害については、責任を制限しません。
当方の軽過失により利用者に損害が生じた場合、当方が負う責任は、法令上許される範囲で、現実に発生した通常かつ直接の損害に限るものとします。
10. 規約の変更
当方は、変更が利用者一般の利益に適合する場合、または本規約の目的に反せず、変更の必要性、変更後の内容の相当性その他の事情に照らして合理的な場合、本規約を変更することがあります。
変更する場合、変更内容および効力発生日を、本ウェブサイト、アプリその他適切な方法により事前に周知します。
11. 準拠法・管轄・言語
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
本規約または本サービスに関する紛争については、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
日本語版と翻訳版の内容に相違がある場合、日本語版を優先します。
